It wouldn't be fair to write a review on an Item that I neverwas able to see.I wasn't able to install this item.
I have no trust in either. My review 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 across the board I have never recieved the item and after several emails to the company, no one has bothered to reply to my emails, I think it is a bogus company and Amazon is fronting for them, Amazon has not helped me either. I am in the process of legal action and or criminal actions against both.
Don't buy this. I finally got someone who told me that someone would call me back, and I never heard from them. I tried calling customer service numerous times, no one would pick up. It's sitting back in the box, useless. I had tried to get this to work, setting it up with my Mac. I was able to get it to speak with each other minimally, but it never went through the full setup. They're most often closed when I call, or it goes to a message.
Sometimes just dots you have to guess. We are contantly resetting and as the light goes down so does the picture quality. Someone else in the family has two of these and is not having the problem, only reset once a week and has it on a timer.So there must be something wrong with our camera and we will see what Amazon will do to make this right.
I do wish Trendnet would get their act together and make a pan/tilt wireless with a high quality video sensor. I am an IT guy and I have used several cameras and this is one of the worst I have ever used. Buyer BEWARE. I bought this camera for the pan/tilt feature, but I found out that it does not work with well with Vista. I also thought the video would be as good as the TV-IP110W fixed wireless camera, but it is not. Their other products are much better than this one.
